August saw a new farmers at The Pavilion, and what a great success! Its hard to put a number on those that came but, in the region of 3.5k visitors joined us. Our bar and cafe saw bumper days trading and all those that took stalls where delighted with the day, many booking up for next time!

We took the opportunity to officially open our patio, and were delighted to have our councillors Nigel Dawkins, Tim Huxtable, Rob Seeley and their families along as Nigel officially opened it. Our thanks to them and to the charities that contributed to its purchase, namely Veolia, Birmingham City Council community chest, and others.

On Saturday the 19th of December Father Christmas payed a visit to The Pavilion. He meet many of the Children of Bournville, and talked to them about their hopes and dreams for Christmas. I would like to thanks all that made His visit so exciting;- Don and Richard from Bounville Sea Scout who drove Santa the The Pavilion in his sleigh (the reindeers were putting their feet up) Malcolm Hallsworth (our man in the suit) and special thanks to Bev and her little Lowes who gave the day real “ElF”
